CD Restart 22/9/11

Hi everyone.
Well im here AGAIN , I've managed to gain 20lb since the end of july and I'm disgusted with myself.

But on a positive note I am meeting with my CDC today at 4pm to restart tomorrow, she is the best and really supports me, shame Ive never had the willpower to finish what I have started time and time again :sigh:.

Well not anymore..... A new chapter starts tomorrow, I WILL NOT spend another christmas sitting in the house bored and feeling sorry for myself because im 'fat' while all my friends are out partying. I refuse to be like that this xmas, infact I have already purchased a beautiful dress (size 12) to wear to a xmas party.

Anyone else starting/restarting??

I could use some encouragement off fellow CD's .

I also have a dress just waiting to be worn - I WILL be a size 12!! x

Good luck Katie, don't be disheartened by the gain it will come off again if you're determined to see it off!
I've just started CD for the first time it's the end of day 2 for me. I've just found this forum and am glad of some support.
