Hi, Anyone know how many syns in the speacial k red berries 2% fat cereal? Can I have as heb? Also any other cereals on heb I can have instead of weetabix getting bored of them now :-(

Special K red berries is 5 syns for 25g. I don't think that you can have this as a healthy extra. I have the same problem, I'm stuck for breakfast ideas. I sometimes have 35g of porridge with a mullerlight and frozen berries. I can't think of much else.

Wow can't believe it's 5 syns for that small amount no wonder it was good back to the weetabix I think
