Chai Tea Syns

Hi Everybody,

Does anybody know the syn value per teaspoon of Chai tea powder?

I have taken the milk as my Healthy Extra A choice but can't find anywhere about the syn value for the powder. I know the tea bags are free but I use the powder.

What make is it? Some instant tea drinks are just sugar with some flavouring (Whittards, for instance). Do you have a calorie count for it?
