So I'm on my 2nd day I'm finding it ok but I'm starving and I find myself thinking of all the foods I wanna eat lol. On my 1st day I gave in and ate. Few biscuits and today I had a spoonful or 2 of my mums food I'm trying not to beat myself up about it and I'm going to continue with lipotrim I guess it all comes down to will power. I'm so tempted to just go n eat but I'm not going to, I'm keeping focused on my becoming healthy and happy again Has anybody else cheated on the diet??
