Green Day Cheesy rainbow pasta

Hi,

I have lost my recipe book which had a cut out from the sw magazine for this lovely cheesy rainbow pasta dish. Does anyone have it? It has cheese, peppers, peas and yogurt but have no idea on the amounts!
