Chewing Gum

Day 7 today and feeling pretty good
Can anyone tell me if there are any do's and dont's to chewing gum?

Lt's official linr is a big fat no......I've chewed sugar-free from time to time but not excessively.....it does freshen up your gob when it tastes like a rat crawled in there and died!
