Chicken breast cooked in oil?

Roughly how many syns would you estimate for this? Just so that I can have a rough idea of how many syns to allow when eating out in case oil is used

If you are doing Red or EE the chicken itself would be free so only the oil to syn. In the 'basics' part of the SW book it states x1 tbsp oil = 6 syns. But in a restaurant i would ask for it to be cooked without oil so that it didnt have any syns (i do this all the time so don't feel your being a pain!) xxxx
