    Hello,
I forgot my lunch today  so have got a pack of those chicken tikka chunks from Sainsbury's. I'm on a red day and they seem fairly dry, not too saucy - they're coated in yoghurt and spices. How many syns do you think I should allow?

Nutritional info is 94 cals, 2.2g fat, 0.6g sat fat, 0.9g sugars for a third of the pack.

    Thanks all,
    Bubbles
