Anyone know many syns are in those chicken tonight jars? I reckon creamy mushrooms will have a lot but spanish chicken could b better?

Actually not too bad for the Spanish - 3 syns for 1/4 of the jar. The mushroom looks like 5 syns for 1/4 jar
