chilli burger

hi made a chilli burger for lunch ( dident see recipe on here till after) and was really yummy!put just enough water to make it wet and sticky to spoon then made in to sort of burger shape and put in micowave 1-1 1/2 mins turning every so often . was bit crispy on outside n soft in middle :)
( 4th week of diet so far lost 12lbs meeting tonight)
