chinese help

i have looked for a chinese thread with syn values and cant find one s if one exists please point me in the right direction.

i am having chunese tomorrow but dont know what to have i really need a loss this week so dont really want to go over syns. i have a looked in the book but there is not much selection and i dont know how much a seving is.

im thinking maybe a mushroom chow mein and would normally have sweet and sour pork but i presume that will be high.

Hope it's okay to post in your thread instead of making a new one. Does anyone know how many syns are in Chinese chips, vegetable spring rolls and satay sauce?
