Chinese meal for my mums birthday on Friday

Hi there I was wondering if people could help me with the points on a few things as I haven't been to a Chinese restaurant in 2 years and not sure what any of the points might be

I'm working on having 16 points left from my daily allowance to use for my main meal but don want to go more then 3 points above that if possible.

My favourite things are lemon chicken and anything rice based (mainly special friend rice or failing that egg fried rice) I also like chicken and sweetcorn soup (that is my favourite soup ever

If anyone knows the points of the above items and / or anything similar that is healthier I'd love to know by Friday, thank you...
