I really dont know hun as i dont know what that is but my advice to you is stay away from it,you`ll be raging with yourself if it does knock you out,and the 3 days of getting back into it surely isnt worth a little treat.I know how you feel i would love anything njice but i just make do with my can of coke zero(which im going to get now)as my "special" treat.
its is omlette with veggies, however its bound to be cooked in some kind of oil, I would say go to bed, and think about how amazing you felt when you lost 12lb! stay strong the call of food does get easier as the days go on. Good luck!
If you really want something how about just cooking an egg yourself, however you fancy? But I'd say try to resist, although know how hard that can be!!!!
When I want something I just tell myself "it's only food" and "tomorrow is another day". This worked for me last time and this time is working too. I know I'll really be mad with myself if I eat something and I don't want to come out of ketosis as being so hungry is painful!! I managed not to eat Xmas dinner and just have bar and coffee first time round using my mantras. And it was true, Xmas day was soon over, and I felt amazing that I'd not eaten!
