I ask my local Chinese to cook my chow mein without oil which they do for me.
Do you think there would still be a syn value?

No one ever seems to know the syn value of veg curry. I estimate about 15 syns from the ones you can buy ie maysan and Mayflower plus a bit of oil but I'm not sure. Hope someone can be more accurate?
