On a mission
So just an interesting thought and a few questions for you all
What had you planned to do about eating at Christmas?
What did you actually do?
How much did you gain/lose over that period?
How did you feel at the time?
How do you feel now?
Ok I'll go first:
-I'd planned to eat Christmas Eve evening and Christmas day
- I actually ate from my last WI until Tuesday 28th, fell off the wagon again over new year as well
-I gained 10lbs over the two weeks. I lost 4.5 before new year's eating, maintained and now have 5.5 to lose to be back at my pre Xmas session
-at the time I didn't care, I decided sod it, it's my favourite time of year, worry about it in the new year
-now I don't really regret it. I don't regret the eating just wish I hadn't fallen off the wagon again at New Year and am just a bit miffed I'm where I was a month ago. But I'm back to my usual routine and it's a new year and a fresh start
