Had my post christmas weigh in last night...and lost a lb! Yay! Was very pleased!! Just got to get through new year now! and hope it doesn't all catch up with me!
Thanks ...New year didn't go as well though....had a lot to drink and am struggling with cravings today...need to make sure don't go too far off the rails!
