Am off to the cinema on Friday and would normally hit the pick n mix but don't want to go over my syns. Any ideas on things i could take to snack on?

I went to the cinema on tues and took a bag of grapes and my 2 alpen lights bought a diet coke so as not to look obvious! X

Yeah did think about grapes. Just wondered if there was anything low syn that i could take thats not so boring. lol. x

I bring strawberries, pineapple chunks and for crunch either some mikado or a 25g of caramel snack a jacks (5.0 syns)

Anyway, how about a Cremosa sugar free lollipop? You could sook on it for ages for 1.5 syns.

Thank you silly sausage. Lollies are perfect. A little bit naughty but not blowing the diet. Have a few spare syns so mite have a couple. hehe.

Have just had a look online to check my local asda stocks these and they don't seem to.
They have a bag of mini chupa chup lollies. How many syns are these?

Why not try the recipe for jellies? Just search for jellies and you will find under the sw recipe section. You basically make up sugar free jelly with less water and add gelatine. Sets stiffer than normal an you can cut into chunks or strips. I went to see paranormal activity at the weekend and took some lime ones and some strawberry ones. Also some chopped pineapple! They didn't say anything to me on the way in, but then again they don't cater for us on sw!

Thanks for all the ideas. Have brought some lollies but they weren't the ones i wanted. I have a bag of the chupa chups 'best of' lollies. Flavours:- apple, cola, strawberry, strawberry & cream. They are normal size rather than the mini ones i wanted. Does anyone know the syn values for these ones? Am hoping there not too many cause i really want 1! lol. x

I read on here somewhere that you can have four sherbet flying saucers for one syn x

Cut up some chunks of pineapple, then cut up baby bel lights into chunks and stick them on cocktail sticks, so you've got cheese and pineapple on sticks. Can either syn them or count them as healthy a's. Also take a couple of alpen bars as a healthy b.
Or make up some lasagna crisps and syn them, and take them in a plastic chinese tub. (hide it in your handbag!)

I always take frozen grapes cause they taste like ice lollies!!!!
