It's a cover up! I'm in absolute agony. Had constipation since Wednesday. It's been rather traumatic. Posted about it on my other diary in more detail!

Needless to say, I'm rather uncomfortable. :'(
 
Yeah, I've had to cancel my triathalon training tonight aswell. Gutted!
