clean slimming world

Not completely without (I still have some NAS squash, Hifi bars, etc) but I don't eat mullers, frylights, ready meals, mugshots etc. so I'm not clean eating but I cut out processed food where I can without missing it.

I have no idea whether my weight loss is better...I've always done it this way!
 
I am trying to do it without refined fructose this time. Losses have been much better than last time (when I have been on plan) but I was breast feeding last time with extra healthy extras so hard to compare.

Main differences - no hifi bars, no muller lights ( lots of natural yogurt), less fruit, using my syns on cheese, bread and fats rather than chocolate.
