Can anyone tell me the syn value of co-op thin British pork sausages. The frozen ones!

Really? Let me know which ones! I love Debbie & Andrew's Pork Sausages from Tesco. They are more expensive but best quality I've ever had. They should be pretty low in syns I think, as they have no rusk and stuff in them.

I tried making my own but the pork mince was too dry on it's own. I need to have another go and try to figure it out!

all each of course lol

Was yours from a hard copy food directory? Maybe its changed - there werent any 28g ones listed
