Coconut flour muffins - yum!!!

Thanks Claire Cat will try them out - do you order your coconut flour online?

I bought my coconut flour from Coconut Flour - Fudco

I should never make them...I've eaten 3 today.... its my weight in day tomorrow, so fingers crossed they havent done too much damage!!!!

And I must admit, I prefered them without the walnuts and cocoa. Going to attempt the raspberry ones again next time - they were alot lighter.
