Step 1 Sole Source Coke zero on ss is it allowed?

Is occational coke zero allowed on ss ?

Yes. No more than one a day, though my CDC says to have them only on special occasions.

Definitely no coke zero or any other zero drinks on step 1 (ss or ss+). You can on Step 2, if you read your steps booklet it explains it all.
