The coke may set off a craving which for some people will knock you off the wagon. It is aloud on the cambridge but in small quantities, but try and drink water instead.
Thanks Littlelegs! I just like 1 of the 500ml bottles, so it's good to know I'm within limits! And funniliy enough I've never included it in my water intake, so good to know I was along the right lines!
