Cold & sore throat

Is there anything I can take for a cold & sore throat whilst on SS? I'm feeling rough.

Try stirring some crushed paracetamol into hot water with some CD Summer Berries, hun - it works a treat.

Lots of warm drinks will help too.

I found gargling with solpadeine helped me last week..............you poor thing. Its miserable........never thought I would crave a lemsip..........but there ya go !!!

Sorry to hear you have been feeling rough as well.

Now craving chocolate I expected, but lemsip, never thought I'd crave/really miss that! lol
