OKay I looked it up and it says 223 calories per 50g dry serving so 11 syns for the sachet. Not really surprising when you look at the nutritional info as 13g of the 50g serving is fat and 6g sugar. And then you are supposed to add milk and cheese as well. I suppose it depends how may portions you would get from the sachet whether it is worth while.
My advice would be to make your own syn free pasta bake and get into the habit of checking nutritional info on pre-prepared stuff. Sorry for the bad news!
