i have been trying tf diet but its a tad expensive, i was wondering if sf has same kinda results and if its cheaper

My ma lost weight with slimfast but put it right back on and then some when she went back on normal food. Have you tried calorie counting or slimming world? What does Tony Ferguson involve? You're over halfway to your goal, congratulations! :bliss:

Just looking there, there's a TF room under the Slimming club section and a Slimfast room under Other diet options. Maybe ask them there?
