Hiya i moved over from SW after following it through my pregnancy. I've moved over as having a new baby and a 2yr old calls for a diet that's more flexible.
Personally I find WW very easy. It all depends on your lifestyle and whether you're prepared to weigh and count all your foods.
I've been on WW for 8weeks and lost 11lbs so far. So it is working for me
I find the plan flexible, on SW if we went out for a meal or hit the weekend I'd always fall off the wagon. Yet with WW this hasn't happened as I have my weeklies to help me.
I miss the not counting or weighing but losing weight is worth the effort. I do plan to go back to SW when I'm ready to maintain as i can't see myself counting/weighing forever
