cook from frozen joints of meat - syn free

I am a useless cook and getting to grips with doing dinners myself - rather than rely on the ready meals

I would like to cook some meat - chicken, turkey or beef and wondered if any of the ready to roast packs from M&S or Tesco, cold or frozen are syn free?

any advice appreciated
