I work shifts so on my day off I tend to cook a big meal of some sort and then portion it up for the week aheads dinners, otherwise I end up eating ready meals or take aways. Last week I made a shepherds pie which was delicious, this week i've done a lasagne, which I haven't tried yet, but will be starting tonight. What other things could I make ahead and freeze? I'd prefer something with all the ingredients in so that I don't have to cook any veggies, potatoes, pasta or rice when I get home. I'll eat pretty much anything!
