costco's kirkland canola oil spray

Guess the 1syn per 20 cal rule would apply.

Hi guys, I have checked this out today. 0cals, 0satfat 0fat 0cholesterol - got to be good to go, right? It's an aerosol too, so great coverage!

Hello, if this is the Kirkland Signature Canola oil Cooking Spray then it is 0.5 Syns for 6 sprays according to SW!

I just put the stats into the syn calculator ans it says free - it has 0 next to everything on it.

Not sure then, I looked it up on Syns Online and it said 0.5 syns for 6 sprays...maybe they have changed the product? It's hard to see where the Syns come from if all the values are zero!

I know! I took in into group and C is going to take it to head office

Ooh please let us know what they say, I've seen so many aerosol type sprays on american cooking programmes but didn't think you could buy them here. They look great for giving a proper coating to things, I find frylight a bit hit and miss sometimes.

Head office are looking into it - will keep yoy posted x

Any news?

Did this ever get resolved, would love to know as its much nicer to cook with and doesn't have the awful cooking odour that fry light does.
