Couch to 5k challenge

Well done. I've dropped off it this week. Just been so tired after some stupidly early starts. Need to get some motivation back.
 
i didn't know this thread existed, im on week 5 day 2 tomorrow :)
 
I'm having a bit of a break from this at the moment as I'm feeling constantly exhausted and not quite sure why. I do quite a bit of other body magic so not going to worry too much and will try and restart my C25K when I'm feeling a bit more up to it. Good luck to the rest of you.
 
Anyone doing this at the moment, I just started again yesterday so did Week 1 Day 1!
 
I'm doing it! :) Just finished week 3.. I'm finding it so addictive! I literally cannot wait until my next run. Have been going 3 times a week, but because of one thing or another I've not been able to get out since Thursday evening! I'm itching to go! I totally surprised myself the first time I went out, I can't actually ever remember running in my entire adult life! I guess being 5 stone lighter has made it so much easier :) xx
