Could someone help me with points please!?

    I've forgotten my points calculator at work today so just wondered if anyone could work something out for me please!

    Calories - 181
    Sat fat - 0.9


    do i remember rightly that its a point per kit kat finger???

    Sorry - don't know anything about WW but looked at a website ... hope this helps!

    The weight watchers forumla to calculate points values of foods is:

    POINTS(R) = (calories/50) + (fat grams/12) - (fiber grams/5)

    Doesn't make any sense to me - probably why I stick to CD!!!

    That's 3 points hun.

    Also about KitKats... we get a multipack of the 'two finger servings' and they are 2.5 points.

    Kitkats have obviously gone up since i last did WW :( I had a 4 fingered one aswell!! Oh well good job i'm such a fat lump so i have a few points too spare ;)

    Now thats very true

    Them pink and whites are only 1/2 point each btw - but jammed with sugar...i used to eat the 6 pack - which is a measly 3 points...however, that doesnt really help in the long run...

    They are nice tho'
