Yep, count me in! starting in x1 week and raring to go, 3 stone is my overall aim but I'll be happy with 2 stone by Xmas.

Hi everyone, please may I also join in. I am a returner and will formerly introduce myself in a new topic so as not to overtake your thread. However I am aiming to lose 2.5 stone by Christmas. I would love to do more but have a 3 week holiday at the end of October so trying to be realistic.
Please may someone add my stats to your thread as I am a technophobe and would hate to ruin the running tally!!!!

Hi everyone :) I'm new here but a returner to the diet and would love the support and knowledge that other people are doing the same as me this time to keep me on track. I'd ideally like to lose 2 1/2 stone by Christmas, but realistically I'm going to aim for 2 stone as I have my birthday, two weddings, and two big birthday dos between then and now that I know I would like to at least eat 810-type foods at and have a couple of drinks.
