Just add it to your signature. Looks like that is what you have done but maybe copied the wrong info. Did you click on the right link at the end of making your ticker. Its the pseudoHTML, UBB code and BB code.

Mollydog ...i have tried it but just posts the writing and not the pic of the ticker.. will keep trying . Ive had a weigh in and lost 2 1bs so gonna add that as a loss if its ok to start now ..

strange one Nette, it seems to change on nearly every update. I'm busy busy at work but i've nothing planned over weekend (so far, but that could change in a nano with two teenagers in the house!) so i will scan all the posts to make sure we are all on it.

How is everyone getting on this week. Going for my first Countdown to Christmas weigh in tomorrow. OH has taken the batteries out the scales so i've no idea what will happen as having my first menstrual cycle since starting. Clothes definitely feeling looser but not losing the inches on my record card, they must be dropping off round my ankles!

I had a 7.5lb loss last week at WI! woo, and was TOTM. Next WI is wednesday, not sure how I have done as I had a day off on Friday and ate a tub of ice cream, the shame!
