Cant find an exact match for LIDI, but basic flavoured couscous packs, made up as directed, are 2 and a half syns. Hope that helps.

Thank you xx iv just bought some plain cous cous and veg stock cubes and gunna try adding vegetables n maybe chicken etc to make my own this I think would be a completely free way to have it
