Creme fraiche syn or he?

Have 5% fat Creme fraiche please tell me it's a healthy extra?? I've been using it along with mustard and 2 laughing cow xtra light and it's basically creamy macaroni. My favorite meal. But I've just been told it's synned? Say it ain't so!!!!

Sorry it's not a healthy extra. RF creme fraiche is 1.5 syns a level tbsp or 0.5 syns for the WW version.
