my MIL is following slimming world as well as me, and we went round for dinner and she made the slimming world chicken curry. I read the recipe and it was free, but once I'd finished eating she let slip that she'd used Creme fraiche instead of fromage frais - I checked the syns and it was 8.5 syns!! So annoyed. I'd had most of my syns already today and had only saved 3 for dinner just in case! I didnt eat much but I'm still really annoyed - up til now I've followed the plan completely! I'll draw a line under it and start again from now, but it's really thrown me off. I hope I don't gain at my weigh in because of it!
