CUPCAKE HELP!! - MOTHERS DAY

Hi guys, I'm hoping someone can help!!

...as we all know its mother's day this Sunday and I wanted to treat my mum to a yummy home made low syn cupcake, she started Slimming world a few weeks ago (and is doing an amazing job)
so i wanted to treat her, but keep it within her syn range!
My children can help out too which she'll love!

all recipe ideas are welcome! xx
