I am re-starting WW today and thought a diary might help! I am a typical yo yo dieter and my weight is very rarely stable!! I recently lost 2 stone but have put some back on
I know I need to create new habits and change my life style, I just need to do it!
I have a fair bit of weight to lose (probably about 4 stone) for now though I am just going to focus on getting back to that 2 stone loss and would love to be back there in time for Christmas
