    My weigh in tomorrow :thinking2:
things have slowed down a bit lately so wish me luck.

It is also my AAM week so I ordered some lush fresh Grimsby cod fish from the internet which arrived yesterday... can't wait to get my teeth into that.
I will update you all with the result, :hide:

Feel a bit low I lost 2lbs and was bad yesterday had an extra bar and a shake. today I have had 2 shakes and one AAM. As time goes on I am finding it harder, especially with only loosing 2lbs. Oh well. I am going to try to be good for the rest of the week and see what happens. The weight loss seems to have slowed down.

    Hang on in there, Bunny.

Today I have tried especially hard to stick to it.

Even so I've had one extra shake, and just downed two pints of water and a cup of herbal tea.

I'm going to bed early as I am very tired. Don't know if I'll manage to fall asleep - I'm a terrible sleeper - but just to not eat would be a result.

When the weight loss slows it can be so dispiriting, but we'll get there in the end. Chin up!

Well done on the 2lbs, its 2lbs in the right direction.

I know just what you mean about it getting harder and a bit disheartening, I think we've been at it roughly the same length of time. I'm finding it harder and harder to keep at it, im losing motivation almost daily. I think it gets harder when you see and feel such a difference, it's hard not to want to 'settle' if you see what I mean.

Let's keep at it, we're almost there!

At least it wasn't a gain.
You shouldnt look at it as "just 2lbs" thats 2LBS gone!

    You should be happy.
I would call you but I haven't got any free minutes left.

Well, folks, I went to bed, tossed and turned for hours, but did NOT eat.

    Result!

I am shattered now, but pleased. Today yawns ahead, and I have housework, shopping and tidying to do, not to mention tons of studying.

I take things one day at a time, and hope for the best. Every time you start to beat yourself up for nibbling or even bingeing, remember that, not so long ago, you ate ten times as much - and that was your 'normal' day/week. Progress is progress!

Pick up a kilo of sugar. Feel how heavy it is, how dense, how much there is of it in that clean white packet.

Compare that weight and density with the equivalent of fat lost from your body. Makes you realise just how much you've lost.

My CDC has one of those replica lb of fat things, looks like a big yellow lump of veiny lard, it's grim! Anyway, I was a bit ugh when I only lost 2lbs the other week, and she gave it to me and said 'you've lost 2 of those from your body'. And it's not a small thing! That made me feel much better! It's 2lbs of grim veiny lard less that you had last week, result!

(Can you tell i'm feeling more positive today?)
