Damn that salami!

Hi everyone, so today's day 2 and I thought I was being good- oopsie roll with cheese and salami for brekkie, tuna salad for lunch and cabbage & minced pork bake for dinner. I'm a snack person so have been picking at a packet of Lidl's thin sliced salami all day. I just checked the ingredients after reading a thread somewhere and it has dextrose in it. Isn't that sugar?:cry:

So do I have to start again? :break_diet:I'm not expecting a great loss as I already saw that on Dukan (5lb in week one).

God what's dextrose I haven't been looking for that??!! Also just discovering the oopsie rolls, how do you do yours? I'm gonna check out some recipes :D

Stop! Don't worry too much about it, just look at the carb contents, pick yourself up and carry on :)

It can only be a tiny amount, I eat loads of salami, especually as a snack :)
I too have eaten Salami and had absolutely no problems!
Just relax and carry on as normal :) xx
