Day 1 and I have some questions? Please Help !!

Hiya Everyone

Well im new to this site and today is my Day 1 on lipotrim..Ive been looking into it for a while and can see everyone is doing so well. Im doing ok so far today but starting to get hungry...I have a few questions though, so here goes ??

How do you make the chicken soup?? Do you just add water from the kettle? Do you do it in a blender to get rid of lumps? Do you do it in a saucepan and warm the water up??

Also when can you start having the flapjack bars?? Can you have them straight away??

What is mousse like when you thicken up your shakes? Is it better than the shakes??

Any ideas where you can buy these mouth strips to, the minty ones that we can use??

Anyother help would be great ?? Good Luck everyone, I have at least 3 stone to lose.

Chicken soup - i used to just boil the kettle and add the powder then whisk it well with an electric whisker.

I'm not sure about the flapjack bars as i didnt have them untill a few weeks into my journey but ask your chemist they will know, or someone on here will be along soon who does know!

Personally i didnt like the mouse - i thought it was revolting but everyones taste is different!

Listerine breath strips - i know you can get them on ebay butas for shops iv not a clue as apparantly they got discontinued..

Good luck with your journey honey, and try the mouse, flapjack etc as like i said everyones taste is different, some love their shakes as a mouse others dont. You will find though after a few weeks if you try it again it may taste different as your tastebuds will change dramatically :)

Thanks for you help, you look fantastic and so different.. How long have you been doing Lipotrim now??How do you manage to cope with feeling hungry, its only day on and im feeling hungry, still go to have my soup was gonna try and have that later if i can or il be hungry tonight...

I know what im like with willpower i just wanna reach for something to stop the pain in the stomach from hunger and I so dont wanna break this - Plus my husband has told me this is the last diet im allowed to waste money on, so I need to prove that I can do it !!!

You are able to have the flapjacks straight away; have one isnt of a shake or soup.
But, you need to drink more water..but I cant remember how much (as I dont like them). Someone will no doubt let you know how much water you need to drink, over and above your daily allowance.

I tried the mouse and didnt like it either, but like Summer says, try it as our tastes are different.

I have drank 3 big bottles of water yesterday and had 2 shakes and a soup, is that enough water?? have had 2 black coffees as well.

I really didnt think much of the soup, it was ok at first but by the end of it I was heaving - lol..

Ive just rang my chemist and they said im not allowed the flapjack bars until after the first week? Is this true? I was so looking forward to getting some bars for work as its gonna be really difficult to make a shake at work.

The 3 big bottles of water you drank how many ltrs are they each?

I was told I could have them straight away and I had one on my first week.....hopefully someone else can clarify. There is a lot of confusion with info given out by different pharmacies.
Maybe phone LT on Monday and ask if no one has responded.

You are on Day 2 now, so well done. If you can get through Wk 1, and to your WI, it will definitely carry you on.

You are allowed 2ltrs to 4.5ltrs of water, as well as your usual tea/coffee. Try and drink as much water as you can. It wards off hunger but it helps to keep you regular and your skin nice and hydrated..you can have still or sparkling water too.

I was on tfr for 21 weeks and am now on maintainence to shift my last stone :) x

I have been told that I couldn't have the bars until I had 2 weeks over and then only one bar a day. When I did get to eat then I couldn't stomach them but everyone is different ....yuck.
I do love the soup in the evening. Makes me feel like i'm eating something. I put a large cup of boiling water into the blender, then the powered soup, a pinch of chilli flakes and fresh ground black pepper. Whizz it all together, pour into a bowl and Bobs your uncle.

Hi,
welcome and well done for your start on this. take all the advice given here, it's all good and supporting. I was also told not allowed the flapjacks for a couple of weeks. I take them now and like them, one of the lucky few on here! Keep on here as often as you can for support. Don't get too caught up with how much you have to lose and just concentrate on this week first, then next and so on, take it one stone at a time and before long you will be at goal.
