Hi started my day with a small bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes and skimmed milk and have got some fruit for later on in the day am slightly nervous and hoping not to have any accidents there is no going back for me now as I am determined to lose weight this time and my doc seems to be supporting me I want to lose 3 - 4 stone and have just been given a real incentive my boyfriend has got tickets to see billy Joel in oct and I am determined to be going in jeans and a nice little top any advice given while on these tabs would be appreciated
 
Everytime you want to eat something bad or get a craving just think of how you will look in a new outfit that's much more worth it. So far your food is good also remember to drink plenty of water (also fills you up) :)
