Day 3 and lovin' it!!!

Hiya everyone,
Started monday morning and really loving it - feels so easy after doing CD sole sourcing last year!
Even though its only day 3, I have much more energy - is everyone else feeling the same?
Really impressed with the wieght loss's on here, and its great to read all the posts, feels like a cyber slimming class!!

ps. have you tried latte shakes? ive only had choc and vanilla..was wondering if the latte one is sweet?

Not tried the latte one - although got it in my starter pack. Dont fancy it as dont like coffee. Remember adding hot water to CD choc shake and it was awful - is CS better than that?

Do you all mix mayo with tuna - if so full fat or low fat? More carbs are in low fat and when I have done atkins in the past we were allowed full fat - what do you think?

im gonna have latte for my breakfast, and strawberry for lunch and salmon with salad for dinner..do i have to snack??

just drinking the waters tough lol xx

I would have the snacks, even if just fruit. That way you wont feel deprived!! I am having salmon tomo - have you tried marinating it in soy sauce and honey? Delish.

Hi Dizzy- well done and it's day 3 for me too! I'm finding this diet really good also and enjoying the shakes so far. I do have full fat mayo in my tuna, as it doesn't say in the CS booklet to use low fat and tbh I much prefer the full-fat! Feeling okay, not that much different yet but here's hoping!

Hi Sheshelafunk - Re snacks, I'm having my 3 a day (fruit, small salad etc) mid-morning/mid-afternoon/supper time, as it kinda states in the booklet that the CS diet is based on a "little but often" basis whereby you keep your metabolism up and don't go into starvation mode, plus it helps me keep the munchies at bay!
