Day 5

Hi i am on day 5, and im struggling a bit i nearly gave up on day 4 i feel awful but after reading things on here it sounds normal, so im goin to stick with it :sigh:
 
Don't give up! The hard part will be over really soon and you'll breeze through from then on. Drinking loads of water helps, sparkling water especially fills you up. Distract yourself too - go for a short walk/ read a book/ watch rubbish on tv...just keep away from the kitchen! x
 
A couple more days and you'll feel brill..... the first week is definately the hardest!!! You can do it!!!
