day by day

well here I go again, I am an online member of SW, living in Austria so no chance to go to meetings. I have been on this site before and found that it helped me keep on track, but as always I fell off the wagon - I do well and then stray from the plan and gain all my losses, it seems to be the circle of life!! So this time I am determined to make it work long term so am going to post my food day by day. If anyone is interested please feel free to point out if I am going wrong etc. hopefully you can be my long distance group :)

so todays meals have been like this

breakfast: turkey rashers tomato, mushroom and egg (fried in frylight)

Lunch: Salad with homemade SW hummous (can't spell!!) wholewheat bread (HEB) 1 syn for 5 olives?
Dessert: raspberries with fat free fromage frais and passion fruit

Dinner: salmon, spaghetti with spinach garlic and tomatoes
Glass white wine (my downfall :rolleyes:) 6 syns

today so far is like this -

breakfast: 35g meusli HEB with vanilla yogurt (free) and a banana

lunch: salad with 6 olives (1 syn) and dressing (1 syn) plus left over salmon portion

Dinner's not yet sorted - maybe a thai chicken curry
