Day five and feeling fine

Ive just had my first weight in, because I went to the pharmacist to swap some shakes I didnt like, and found I had lost 11lbs!!! In only 5 days!!

Def the motivation I needed :jelous:

oh wow, thats great! I have just been for my first weigh in and am gutted to find I have only lost 5lbs. There are so many people losing 10, 11, 12, was really hoping I would be one of them! Not sure all this effort is worth 5lbs?
