Well I made it through the first day, thanks everyone!
I dreamt all night of different foods but have been fine today as well, not feeling particularly hungry.
First shake of the day was choc mint which was quite nice for a CD! I think I might go back to my CDC and tell her I want to do this whole diet on shakes! I've always found powdered soup repulsive, and thought I'd give it a go for a bit of variety, but I've found I vastly prefer the shakes
