not so keen on chicken and mushroom, it was just about ok but am very glad to have a peppermint tea and water to get the powdery taste out of my mouth!!
 
Did you try the veggie one, it's great

one more thing, there are recepies for the shakes, I'll try and look them up for you.... They can make the journey that much easier :)
 
Well I made it through the first day, thanks everyone!
I dreamt all night of different foods :eek: but have been fine today as well, not feeling particularly hungry.
First shake of the day was choc mint which was quite nice for a CD! I think I might go back to my CDC and tell her I want to do this whole diet on shakes! I've always found powdered soup repulsive, and thought I'd give it a go for a bit of variety, but I've found I vastly prefer the shakes :)
 
I only have the shakes now as really can't stomach the savoury! Only fear is taste buds getting so used to sweet flavours, will it make it tough afterwards!! Who knows!
