Hey all . Im back online after not posting on here for a while . Have had a few health issues and didnt really have it in me to post. But the good news is i am now 3 stone lighter than when i started and am feeling very positive. Have had a break from cd over xmas but now ready to get back on it and loose another stone and a half. Hope you are all doing well. I will take a look back through posts to see if any of you i knew are still here xx
